Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Covered Lyfe. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Made to Order Wooden Prayer Products
Most of our prayer benches and trays are made to order, just for you. The turnaround time on the order creation can be anywhere from 2-3 weeks. The current turnaround time is available on our website and will also be sent to you via email once your order is placed.
Priority Orders
Orders which have opted to pay an additional fee for priority order creation (not shipping, that’s separate) will be made in half the time as standard, non-priority orders.
In-Stock Benches and Other Items
Items which are in-stock will be processed and mailed within 72 hours. Typically we ship within 24 hours.
Weekends and Holidays
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days during Christmas season.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Covered Lyfe ships to addresses within the U.S. Territories.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Covered lyfe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Although The Covered Lyfe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, please let us know if your item arrives damaged and we will work with you for a replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
